All personalized items are non-refundable. All ordered items begin processing immediately upon payment. Please keep in mind, I may not have your base item on hand and will need to order, processing times depend on supply inventory. Epoxy mugs take 5+ days to make, time to cure, and then add shipping time (~3-5 days USPS) If you are needing item fast, you may have additional fee to expedite your item.
